 Synopsis
The serious crimes unit sets up a siege to hunt down international drug lords, only to suddenly be ambushed by a group of masked bandits, 'black eating black', who cold-bloodedly massacre numerous police officers. Inspector Zhang Chongbang (played by Donnie Yen) witnesses his comrade being killed and delves deep into the investigation, discovering that the leader of the bandits is actually his former comrade Qiu Gange (played by Nicholas Tse). Qiu was once a rising star in the police force, and the one who pushed him into the abyss of crime was none other than Bang. Fate brings the two into conflict once again, leaving Zhang Chongbang to resolve all unfinished business...
