 Synopsis
A murder case fraught with misunderstandings involves many innocent people in a building. A heartbroken woman (played by Karen Mok) is abandoned by her boyfriend on the fifteenth of July, so she locks herself in her room, continuously throwing things out of the window to vent her frustration. At this time, two security guards with ulterior motives are brewing a robbery plan for the building. A couple suddenly loses their son and asks the security chief (played by Eric Tsang) for help. When the chief enters the couple's home, he discovers another murder related to a deceased old lady. Meanwhile, the heartbroken woman sees a mysterious man in black (played by Stephen Chow) speaking to a flower pot in the hallway. The chief uncovers the couple's murder of the old mother and ends up being chased. At this moment, the ghost of the old mother comes to demand vengeance, but is subdued by the man in black. The couple is ultimately overpowered by the man in black and falls to their deaths. With vengeful spirits coming to collect lives, several people involved in the incident have no choice but to collaborate with the mysterious man in black...
