Ben (Ng Chun-yu) is the producer of a Hong Kong radio program called "Horror Hotline," and he has been increasingly neglecting his girlfriend Helen (Chow Lai-ki) due to his busy work schedule. Helen is a nurse who once secretly terminated her pregnancy without telling Ben, an incident that she struggles to come to terms with and often sees hallucinations. Mavis (Ho Chiu-ying) is a journalist from an American television news network, and she, along with a team of five, arrives in Hong Kong to shoot a special program about the culture of Hong Kong's radio stations. Their first subject of study is "Horror Hotline," but Ben is not friendly and only allows them to shoot outside the studio.One night, the host of "Horror" receives a call from a man claiming to be Chris, who says that in 1963, he and six classmates discovered a "big-headed monster baby" in a cave near the football field while playing soccer in Sai Wan, which scared them to death.
